Later App (also called LaterExpo or Later - Mindful Space in app stores) is a mental wellness app with mood tracking, journaling, wellness activities, badges, games, chat, and scheduled messages. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time using the steps below.
If you're using the app in guest mode (without creating an account), your data is stored only on your device and is not synced to our servers. To delete guest data:
No server-side deletion request is needed for guest mode data as we do not store it on our servers.
Account deletion removes all of the following data:
Note: Aggregated, anonymized analytics data (without personal identifiers) may be retained for service improvement. Backups may persist for up to 30 days, after which they are automatically purged.
If you want us to remove only specific data types (for example, all journal entries or mood tracking data) while keeping your account active, email hello@laterhq.com with the subject line “Partial data deletion” and describe which data sets you want us to remove. We process these requests within 30 days.
Tip: You can also delete individual entries directly in the app (mood logs, journal entries, etc.) without contacting support.
You can delete your account directly from the app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently delete your entire account and all associated data from our servers within 30 days.
Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before deleting your account.
